Kindly fill up all the required fields appropriately and click on “Sign up” button. After successful submission of details, you would receive an email for verifying your account. You would need to click on the link received in account verification mail. After the email verification, TEXchange will internally follow a verification process which may take a few days to complete. As soon as the verification process gets over, the TEXchange team will activate your account and you will receive an email notification about your account being activated.

Yes, a user can register oneself as buyer & supplier. However, when logged in you need to click on “Switched to seller/buyer” button to switch user type.

A business with any amount can be operated between verified buyers and suppliers. Hence, a registration and verification are required to conduct business on the portal.

On TEXchange, a verification process usually takes 7 working days. First a user needs to verify one’s email address then TEXchange business team will verify that user through internal standard parameters. A successfully verified user will get notified via email to log in to the portal.

To Sign in, go to TEXchange portal where you need to enter valid credentials on header section in the provided text boxes. After successful authentication, you will be able to see the dashboard which will be based on user type.

You may recover or reset your password. You must visit TEXchange portal, go to the login section on homepage click on “Forgot Password” link, this will redirect to “Forgot Password” page where you have to enter “User name” and “registered email Id” and then click on “Submit” button. After successful submission of the credentials you will receive a password reset link on your registered email id. You must click on the provided link in received email to set a new password.
