In Sindh, phutti costs between Rs 7,000 and Rs 8,500 for 40 kg. In Punjab, the cost of phutti ranges from Rs 8,000 to Rs 13,000 for 40 kg. Balochistan charges between Rs 18,500 and Rs 19,000 per maund for cotton.
